DOnt worry about the sorry. You wouldnt get trouble from me, cause i dont go for the country bashing threads, but it could very easily leak out of your thread, and spread everywhere,,if you know what i mean. The bashing was heavy a few months back.

Yep I play guitar,,, I love it. Im without a band at teh moment, BUT,,,Im working on something. I play everyday, the guitar gets first precedence,,,well, second, my wife is first lol.
I also have a banjo, i took th etop string off and tuned it to the bottom 4 strings in th e ninth fret of a gutar,,and just found the chords,,,its heavy shit in a FREAK kind-a way,,,if you know what i mean. I play it with a pick too,,hahaha, you should hear it.
Oh yeah, I have a bunch of blow harps too(harminicas),,,they are fun if you are driving a long way,,pull it out and make some noise,,ppl stare too, and i like the attention LOL.

So what do you play? DO have a band? If not,,have you ever been in a band? Tell me more

1 -Hammerhead - we play covers and 3 originals ,our covers are :Riot, Angelwitch.Diamond Head ,Saxon Tygers Of Pantang .Motorhead and VENOM>and here in Toronto we get a average 100 to 450 people out at a show .people still like to here the old shit (the folks who attend are aroud 28-38 years old)

2 Test Pilots-Stome Temple Pilots tribute .hey it pays the bills and I can actually while playing the songs do all the calculating to pay my bills in my head and still end the song somewhere at the end .Ha Ha we do play some Alice In Chains Stuff which I enjoy (check out the links they have with the Nevermore Boys)

3 Falophasister: a Jazz on crack unsomble with a Shemale I ment Female singer .we put her through hell by playing Allan Holdsworth songs and telling her that the version that she learned from was the demo WITHOUT vocals and to do her best to improvise.Bet she will read this and Piss in my next Beer!

4- Cyanide Playground- My pride & joy.A project I have been Writing for 8 years .Started out with just my own shit .8 years later ,still just me but with a singer [CONTROLLED], (try and write the lyrics and tell your singer how to phrase the words that = TENSION ,aint no Giutyrant...... Ha ) fuckin'drummers can't work with them ,Can't fuckin' kill them legally.O well ,My singer in Cyanyde Playground
Named Dennis (I fucked him up by telling him to spell his name backwords "SINNED")Anyways Here in Toronto I have a easy mission to convert Greenday ..or so forth fans in to FUCKIN" METAL EATIN' MACHINES .Man I fargin' Babble .My singer Has a Scarifiing voice , but likes(ed )some of the other stuff(Crack Street Hoe's)so I bring him to the last NEVERMORE show here in T.O. he now is converted into a "Nevermoron " and all he listnes to is the boy's(I have Converted another .tally now:35)

Sounds good man, real good, very interesting.

I like STP a lot, A LOT.

Ithink I should have a band with some original songs down,,in about 3 months. If things go right. I have a singer on hand right now, and we are gettin ready to interview a bass player.

My last band was named Orions Belt,,then the fuckers changed our name, just before they changed our sound,, and just before I went off, and the bass player got an ATV and our 33 year old singer went back to colledge for like the 5th time,,anyway, the name changed to FLYHARD,,,I still hate the name.
We played tons of SAB and Zep and Monster Magnet(very easy,,but good stuff,,Id say top shelf front row), the doors, the misfits, hawkwind(lemmies band before Motorhead) The stones,,STP, etc. We also had several originals that were very heavy, I wrote those licks.

And I know what ya mean by tryin to tell yer singer how to sing the words,,,I refused to let them use my lyrics,,cause they are mine, and only I know how I want the lyrics, Ed(my singer) was puttin his own shit in there,,so I yanked them. I am not a lyrical person,,so when I do write teh words for a song,,its personal,,if you know what I mean.
