i can bench 115 for 12 reps for 4 sets, and i have been lifting for 4 months now. Actually the man boobs are because my pectoralis muscles are much more developed than my anterior deltoids, that is how you get the man tits effect. Learn your muscle groups. And yes, i have been working on my chest and deltoids a lot. 2 times a week for this muscle group (chest/delts/triceps), the rest are other muscle groups.
