Shroud of Bereavement

Well, the first song won't play and I could only hear the second. Based on that it's pretty safe to say this is not a band I will like. All I heard were clean vocals at the same time as growls (this really confuses and annoys my ears when ANY band does it), long drawn out chords with simplistic drum beats, bad production and sloppy playing. It almost feels like they want to and could easily play faster, but don't... and the music is suffering because of it.

I dunno, not my thing personally but I can definitely see the appeal.

It's a demo. Download the album and you'll discover an entire string section in A Rose for a Dying Muse accompanied by piano. The classical arrangement is very, very Slavic. Just give it a try.

Yeah you can't really base anything off of the demo, gotta hear Alone Beside Her in entirety, or at very least the title track.

Tell me when they put it something from it on MySpace. What I've heard doesn't make me want to download it.
