Al Sharpton and John Edwards are the biggest pieces of shit in the Democratic Party and they need to stop making up meaningless reasons to give themselves a quarter-point bump and ignoring that they're helping Bush far more than anything a Republican could say or do.

CNN.com has put Dean as the top story and changed their picture three times already, a sure sign they think it's significant news. Almost as significant as that dumb Boston girl who asked the candidates, "So, which if your opponents would you like to party with and why?"

i didn't know what to think about Edwards but getting all prideful and being like "YOU SIR CANNOT COME DOWN FROM THE NORTH AND TELL A SOUTHERNER WHAT TO DO" is fucking moronic. that's going to cost Dean dearly against Bush.

Dean seems to be a decent balance of okay and electable, I guess. Clark seems electable, but I don't think I could bring myself to vote for him. Kucinich is the reverse.

The others can race along the surface of a Mobius strip eating dicks for all I care.

Yeah the Dean flag thing is the least newsworthy and most misquoted thing since that dumbass crap with Shwarzenegger being a Nazi.

Dean: "I'd like racists to stop being that way and vote democratic and join the current century."

Sharpton: "Fuck you, racist."

i know people (my dad for one and/or a few of his friends) that know clark and i will vote for him i'm sure, if he continues to run, because he's a very honest and genuine person who has had the same views for a long time and isn't b.s.ing.

Kucinich is literally the most fake seeming person i have ever had the misfortune of being in the same room as at a press conference once. and dean is just as fake.

i feel bad for dean because the south is all defensive and stuck on itself it seems lately.. he screwed himself.

Voting is all about sacrificing your own personal morals to put the least detestable person in office instead of wasting your vote on someone who's actually decent and will never win.

ah, they're all fake. Clark is the worst out of all of them--except maybe Kerry--if you're solely talking in terms of "having the same views for a long time". He really did a lot of backpedalling once they exposed some of the stuff he'd written in support of the Iraq war after he'd denied writing or saying such things.

And yes, Toby.

i just mean clark isn't a fake person. he wouldn't say 'yes i'll do this and i think that' and then NOT do it and NOT really think that way.

after having to hear people from work who met dean talk about him i dont think i could vote for him.

i haven't talked to one person that really sat down with him and talked to him about specifics that didn't tell me they felt he was wishy washy and very surface at best on concrete issues that weren't like, the top 5 most asked about ones (for example, about AIDS drug assistance programs, about benefits for veterans, etc). everyone just gave me the impression tht they felt he wasn't really committed at all to anything.
