shut the fuck up about Howard Dean and his flag comments

either way, i mean... that's just what people have told me. but people i know and i believe. i honestly dont really care. like i said, i'm voting for who my mom tells me to vote for. because she's always right.

wellll that's a pretty nebulous reason, so i don't know if it will sway me away from voting for him to the side of military supersoldiers or secret Republicans from Connecticut hiding behind the Democratic name. issues are primary for me, not trustworthiness, i guess.

i could give a shit if i sway what you think anyway? i mean, that wasn't my point in saying what the people i talked to said. and if you insult my reasoning again you're going to be a sorry fucking bastard.

i was literally like 'i dont even want to tell alex what they said because he thinks he's smarter than everyone else and he'll just insult me'. but no. i tried to be nice and just relay what they said.

stupid stupid me.

I actually might vote for Bush over Sharpton. Say what you want about reforming, but Sharpton spent many many years as the worst kind of scumbag, and I don't think he's entirely changed, even though he tries to appear as though he has.

Also, even though he's said a bunch of sensible things this year, in the past few weeks he's said a lot of terrible things. He even hinted that if elected he would immediately pull all troops out of Iraq WITHOUT waiting for an international/UN or homegrown Iraqi force to take over. I mean, holy shit, I don't think even solid antiwar liberals think that's a good idea.

no, you misunderstood me. I requested that you try to sway me. and i didn't insult your reasoning, i just said it was nebulous, which isn't negative. I'm just looking for concrete reasons.

you said i had cloudy reasoning alex. and you asked me what they said. so i told you. and when i told you what they said, you said i had cloudy reasoning. which i consider insulting (who wouldn't?). even after i said that wouldnt determine who i voted for, but rather, i would listen to my mother. (Who does not have cloudy reasoning) stop being so fucking condescending about your political views like you're judgment is better or something, when people are just discussing it and trading facts/opinions. it's not nice and it alienates you.

seriously. do not talk down to me ever again like that. i wouldnt do that to you.

anyway, im not trying to be a bitch. but my point is, i literally hesitate to ever talk about politics on here because you're very downward talking about it and it's really pretty unnerving.

i am leaving work now. bye.

bleh, i was doing the opposite of downward talking/my-judgment-is-better type stuff. you said you didn't agree with my assessment of Dean, and i immediately assumed you had some sort of good that i wasn't yet informed about. so i asked.

then your reason turned out to be an impression of his genuineness and commitment, and i was like okay, that particular thing doesn't matter to me, so it didn't change my mind. sorry if you thought i was insulting you, but i was trying to do the opposite.
