This is Paul Gray jamming some Slipknot songs with Roy Mayorga (Stone Sour, ex-Soulfly), just bass and drums, i love the bass tone on this !

Something along those lines :

Dunlop jazz 3 XL pickup -> ibanez bass ? (he used a Warwick Covervette back in the days) -> SansAmp pedal (not sure if it's before the amp or parallel) -> peavey amp (dunno which one)

He explains his rig in another video from the same dvd (it's on youtube).
