Can someone please tell me who played/arranged the the orchestral verion of "The Silent Enigma" that appears on Alt.4?

One of the things that makes 'Resonance' one of Anathema's greatest releases.

Unfortunately I don't know who made it, but I can probably guess...

By the way, it's not on the standard Alternative 4 releases.... I prefer it absent on that album actually, which is why I said it was excellent on Resonance, because it fit perfectly.

Originally it appears only on German and Japanese versions of Alternative 4. It was done by Les as far as I know.

Thanks for the information Mega. I was just sure that i've read somewhere that someone outside the band did it, but apparantly i was wrong.

Les was not into the band then, he just did the keyboards. (as far as i know) How can he arrange the special editions then?
And didn't he played for other bands too (Cradle of Filth???)

les's first album with the filth was crulety and the beast which was released in 1998, after that martin(powell) took over live, therefore he wasnt doing both things at the same time. les also arranged sentient on eternity, and apparently helped with more things prior to his joining of the filth.oe.
