Kimberly wrote the lyrics for this song for Alexi, but this line didn't fit the construction of the song, so they didn't use most of this for the vocals, just a part before the 1st chorus. You should understand this. There is no other version of the song..

No, the last line goes "Soon he's bound to reappear." The whispered line before 1st chorus goes for the Reaper wants more... It's not that I give a toss about these lyrics, but spreading wrong info stirs me up. -.-

Yeah your right,never listened to attentively to their lyrics anyway,he pronounces it a lot different than in the first chorus
