I believe Dale Cooper refers to a character from the David Lynch project Twin Peaks which had music from Angelo Badalamenti

aye... I never would've expected there'd be something even more obscure then some of the metal I've found but that takes the cake, no hits on it for DC++, no hits on any of the torrent networks, not for sale that I see anywhere I just kept seeing good things about it on last.fm... finally i msged one of the guys that was on the top listener page and he told me to come get it from him on soulseek... but not just any soulseek the experimental test server lol I did get several nice people to upload it for me since i mass msged them on last.fm to get it as well lol

yeah, I remember looking at their last.fm listens and it was really low. It's a shame because it's really outstanding doom/darkjazz. it slips through cracks and slowly fills the air like smoke. love it

found it on soulseek, its not quite the same but its still very good from what i've listened to this far... its dynamically similar to bohren but they use everything in a different way... its more of an industrial album that instead of using synths and beats it uses improvised jazz instrumentation for ambience
