Simple Re-amping Question

I have read a lot recently about re-amping.
I know how to record dry/unprocessed signals into my laptop, but I am unsure of how to send the signal back out of my interface to the amp...I don't think my interface features individual outputs apart from for the monitors.

Wow, looks like you're right, that's pretty fucking retarded of Tascam - looks like your only option is unplugging one of your monitors every time you re-amp!

Yeah, just pan you DI right and all your other tracks left (or vice-versa) and do it that way man.

Okay, I've got that working...only issue I'm having is I don't know how much to turn up the output on my interface by :/

Obviously I want it to match the guitar output but I don't know what that is

ehy, here's what you're looking for...

Use a clean channel on your amp, plug straight in and play a little, get your bearings, and then patch in the reamp and adjust the output until it's about the same. With the clean channel you should be able to hear if there is any undesirable distortion.
