sine wave

hi guys, i was wondering if anyone could make me, or show what i can use to make a sine wave?

i'd rather know what to use to make one, but if you want to make me one, i need a 440Hz sine wave, lasting around 3 seconds!

that should do the trick. Other than that if you're in reaper there's a JS plugin called tonegenerator or something that does it

Audacity has a tone generator where you can select the frequency,length and amplitude.

Pro Tools has a tone generator - from memory I think it is under other (or something) in plugins? Dont really remember.. As long as you have the digi plug ins there, it will be there. Very easy to use.

cubase has no built in tool

Every DAW should have a tone generator.

Edit: Just checked, Cubase does have one, but it's not available in Cubase Studio. Seems like it should be something guaranteed to be there. Like an EQ and Compressor.
