Set this up yesterday, I'm really satisfied with the guitar tone, but I just got DFHS and really have no clue how to mix drums, so I need to spend some time on that.

Some guys on some other forums wanted to hear the difference between an amp with a TS and an amp with the gain up, so I did that, as well. Came out better than I expected, I think the tones blended might work well.

Single chain was C-7 Hellraiser ->OD808/NS-2 ->Single Recto-> Avatar 2x12 w/V30's ->Behringer MX602 (big surprise that it didn't sound that bad) ->Audiophile24/96.

comment left at the dunxs :p

hmm evergrey with a recto might not be that bad considering the first 3 evergrey albums were a triaxis as far as i know, i know recreation day was.

i saw an interview with thomas and he said he used a triaxis with a peavey classic 50/50 poweramp, and thats as much as i remember lol, i think a g-major was mentioed as well, but dont hold me to it.

Is there a bass. It seems like there is way to much low-middle going on. But you are on the correct path.

No bass, and I've since dialed in a better tone with the Recto, I think, so I'll get samples up in a week or so.

I remixed the drums though, based on some Thordendal screenshots, and then tweaked a bit. It should sound a lot better, but still not quite perfect.
