It's actually one of those Visa check (debit card) commercials. But Kevin Bacon does that 6 degrees thing...to prove that he is himself.
Best Visa commercial ever, IMO.

Don't forget Frankie was in Joe's Apartment. Plus, Scott, Frankie, and John all appeared on an episode of Newsradio (funny as hell btw) so you can use any actor/actress from that series. Scott was supposed to be in Lost Highway, I don't know if the scene was ever shot, or just edited out (he was to be in the jail).
