I dont want to hear any of the songs untill the album comes out. I have never ever been as excited about an album release as much as I am about 6DOIT. I dont wanna spoil it for myslef, as hard as it is to resist the temptation!!

Sydo, LTE is Liquid Tension Experiment. It is a side band on the Magna Carta label that has Mike Portnoy, John Petrucci, Jordan Rudess, and Tony Levin. It is instrumental rock/prog/fusion stuff, and it fuckin rocks! They did 2 albums before Jordan joined Dream Theater, I think LTE 2 is the better of the 2 personally!
There is a 16 minute song called When the Water Breaks, and it has to be heard to be believed!!

I'm not downloading any more songs myself either now. The only one I've heard is 'Glass Prison', and that is how it will remain..

You have the Bridge across Forever album right? That is such a good album. What dont you like about it? The long songs? Neals Voice?
Stranger in your soul and Duel with the devil are 2 of the best epics ever written... So much emotion!!!!!

If you dont like TA, then you'll love LTE. Totally Different and much more Dream Theaterish. Even more Dream Theaterish than Dream Theater if that makes sense! More crazy that DT maybe. Go to Utopia and buy LTE 2 now!

I'm not really sure. It's not that I don't like it, I just never really feel like listening to it - so I've never really gotten into it.

The singer isn't great, but it's not his voice that puts me off.

Well after two listens to the album, i'm still having trouble digesting it all... all i know is that its bloody good Just so much music.

I haven't heard any of the LTE or Trans stuff, pretty sure i'm gonna have to pick them up from Utopia though, everyone seems pretty positive about them.

SMPTe is a far superior album to Bridge Across Forever. Can't get into the new one very well at all.
