Slash's Snakepit Rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, their second album is called Ain't Life Grand. i haven't got it, yet, though. i really want it, but it's too expensive. i got It's 5 o'clock somewhere for a tenner, but ALG is nearly 20 quid! i need to find it cheaper somewhere...

btw, do you know the track list for Ain't Life Grand? i'm tryingto get some mp3's on Audiogalaxy, but i don't know which songs are theirs and which are covers they've done.......

I haven't heard the first one - I'm just going by the new one :)

Tracklisting (according to CDnow - I don't have the CD handy!) is:

Been There Lately
Just Like Anything
Shine
Mean Bone
Back to the Moment
Life's Sweet Drug
Serial Killer
The Truth
Landslide
Ain't Life Grand
Speed Parade
The Alien

BRILLIANT album!

the first album is great, you should try to get a hold of it if you can. shouldn't be too expensive, though.

if you want the track list so you can get mp3's it is (from the CD):

1. Neither Can I
2. Dime Store Rock
3. Beggar's & Hangers On
4. Good To Be Alive
5. What Do You Wanna Be*
6. Monkey Chow*
7. Soma City Ward
8. Jizz Da Pit (instrumental)
9. Lower
10. Take It Away
11. Doin' Fine*
12. Be The Ball*
13. I Hate Everyone (But You)*
14. Back And Forth Again******

*= very good song, IMO.
******=guess! i think this is one of the best songs i have ever heard, but it did take me a while to get into it.

Ain't Life Grand is the best 'rock' release in many years.

Although I have to say I think 'Life's Sweet Drug' is the weakest song on the album.

It's a fantastic album, and only costs $4, or less than GBP1.50 at a record store called JB HiFi over in Melbourne, Australia. :)
