Slate Digital's Trigger Issue

I recently bought one and have difficulties making it work.

I went to this site drumclassroom.net/trigger-hc/ to write my passcode and email address to be able to retrieve the iLok code for Trigger to be authorized but yet, I haven't received any. Its been 2 days and still no code, support, reply and whatsoever from Slate. This is very disappointing.

This is not Slate Digital Support. They are typically very responsive when issues arise so head to their website and fill out a support ticket, they'll sort you out.

I did that already. I filled out a support ticket but still no reply.
