Slayer's New Album!!

Everyone was waiting for this. Highly anticipated!! Did it meet up to your expectations? Well i didn't expect much but it blew me away... The Sinister sounds of thier leads are back and Tom Finally brought his singing melody back too. Of Course the return of the killer drums as well! Its not yet released in here but i heard the complete album courtesy of thier official my space music. SLAYER!!!!!!!!

I fuckin' dig it. There are only a few boring moments and every song has at least one kickass riff thats somehow different from the rest of their recent shit. And of course Lombardo is completely on point. I've been listening to the album nonstop since it came out not just cause its Slayer but because the riffs and fills really impress me.

Yes, it is a monstrous album. no mistaking it being slayer through and through. And it has sold enough to make it into the top 10!! Can ya believe that?

I guess I'm in the minority on this but I thought most of it was pretty mediocre. Only 3 or 4 songs that really kick ass in my opinion, but judging from what is written here and friends I know who bought it I seem to be the only one who feels this way. Still good to hear new stuff from Slayer though.

Great cd, a moment or two of "ho-hum-ness," but that's been the case for awhile.

You know it's selling well though when you go into a Best Buy and they are sold out.
