Pure Steel Recording Artist SLEEPY HOLLOW have been confirmed for The GENERATIONS OF METAL Festival.

The event will be held on Satruday June 30th at the New York New York Club in Chesterfield, MI. (Just outside Detroit)

The band will share the stage with Pure Steel label mates EXXPLORER and Detroit Metal legends HALLOWEEN! More bands TBA. Details to follow...

SLEEPY HOLLOW will enter the studio on Friday May 24th to begin work on the bands new album "HELLBOUND". Vocals, mixing and mastering are expexcted to be completed by the end of August. A release date will soon be determined after that. The band will soon announce a fall tour for October and November. Details will be forthcoming.

PURE STEEL RECORDS artists SLEEPY HOLLOW have official announced that they will perform at this years ROCKLAHOMA festival! The event will take place on Memorial Day weekend (May 23rd, 24th and 25th 2014), Pryor Creek, Oklahoma.

SLEEPY HOLLOW will be performing on the RETROSPECT RECORDS Stage!

Also appearing will be ASKA, TWISTED SISTER, KID ROCK, MOTORHEAD, KIX, KILLER DWARFS, BLACK LABEL SOCIETY and many, many more!

On August 10th 2014, the band will be playing a benefit concert in St. Nick's Grove, Erie, Pennsylvania (USA). This event is an all important one for it will be a fund raiser for vocalist Bob Mitchell's cousin Doug Peck, who is suffering from a a serious medical condition.

Bandstatment:
"We are excited to share the stage Equally with the great bands did Comprise the strong music scene in Erie, we look forward to finally meeting our fans in Erie and rock with you for a great cause. We thank you for the privilage and honor of doing this."

The show starts at 12pm and ends 7pm. Tickets are on presale for $ 10.00 and at the box office for $ 15.00.

The release date of the SLEEPY HOLLOW album „Tales Of Gods And Monsters“ on CD is February 19th, 2016. The pre-order phase will start on February 05th, 2016 in our webshop.
The US Metal veterans SLEEPY HOLLOW already released their reunion album ”Skull 13“ through Pure Steel Records back in 2012. Although they have parted ways with former singer Bob Mitchell meanwhile, they found a dignified replacement in Altar Of Dagon singer Chapel Stormcrow. The dramatic, plainly deeper vocals, which sometimes remind back to early Candlemass (especially in “Bound By Blood”) also fit to the traditional US Metal sound as good as the bursting high pitched screams of Mr. Mitchell.
Recorded at Dirge Studios in Newark, Delaware and mastered at QuSound Studio in Deutschland, the eleven tracks (including an intro) obtained a modern, but classic metal sound. With “Tales Of Gods And Monsters“ SLEEPY HOLLOW will release a masterpiece of their career, that will elate old fans and recruit new ones!

Sleepy Hollow introduces explosive new lineup and Hollowfest 2016

Sleepy Hollow has put together an explosive new lineup.
Founding member Steve Stegg (guitar) Paul Orkin (Bass) and Ted Domzalski (Drums) formerly of Flesh Engine. Steve Reimer (Vocals) from Slauter Xtroyes. The band is currently working on a live set consisting of tracks from the first record to the current. As well as new material slated for an unscheduled 2017 release on Pure Steel Records.

Sleepy Hollow will debut the new lineup at Hollowfest 2016.This is their second year presenting their celebration of Classic Heavy Metal. Bands confirmed to date are Sleepy Hollow:

Power Theory, Axemaster,Sunless Sky, Psychoprism, Enchanter, As Darkness Dies, Legion (All on Pure Steel records) Voodoo Terror Tribe, Crown Of Earth, Demon Boy, Terror Inc and more.

The event will be held on October 21st and 22nd at the Half Time Music Venue in Newark, Delaware.
