Smoking policy!

Hi,

For those of you who have visited ProgPower before, you know it was no problem to smoke inside the venue and the pub. But the rules have changed in The Netherlands (like in many countires), since July 1, it is not allowed anymore to smoke inside a pub, restaurant, venue, etc. Also Sjiwa has to follow the rules, so we all want you to know that the smoking area during ProgPower is outside the venue this year.

We still have to get used to this, but we know that in many countries this is as normal as having breakfast in the morning!

We just would like to share this information with you.

Cool, we've had that for a year in UK and it makes for a much nicer atmosphere lol

Yes, it makes for a much nicer atmosphere inside without the smoke

I had a cigarette accidentally put out on my arm at the Montreaux Jazz Festival this year. WOW it hurt. If you want to smoke, fine, but mind the innocent bystanders!
