So my computer case's fan went out...

I want to get another fan that is VERY efficient and super quiet to replace it. With my old one, my pickups would pick up the actual sound of the fan and it annoyed the shit out of me in my mixes. With the new one I would like to eliminate that problem. Any suggestions?

get something big and slow. i doubt that your guitars picked-up the sound of the fans, but i do understand the need for a quite pc. go big, and go slow (the less rpm, the quieter)

Thanks for the info man. But yea, the pickups did pick up the fan when I was sitting next to the comp, it was weird.
