Except for a couple blips you all should notice the server has been scorching. Let me know if you are experiencing the same speed, and for any dial-up users, how it is for you.

For the last day or so its been blazing fast. I was actually going to comment on its new-found speed . . . to try to balance out all the complaining about it at RC.

Well, if it holds steady the way it is (most the time being blazing fast) it turned out to be a rogue webmail program! It basically kept looping spam and bounced emails in this infinite loop which in turn hogged the server memory/resources dry. About 80% or more of email traffic on any given server is more than likely SPAM so you can imagine how much horsepower it was taking to deal with that. Anyways, I reconfigured the webmail so it no longer screws up and all has been fairly well I think. Fastest I think I have ever seen the forums run (faster than I thought possible to be honest for this size of a site!)

Same old shitty server performance is back yet again. Same old, same old "cannot find server" errors over and over again, including while trying to post this message.
