Do what sounds best to you, and I think it depends on how tight the tracks are played in the first place Personally I always use a multicomp now on each track, and if there is something odd happening when the tracks sums up I maaay concider using a comp on the bus.. I think it's best to control each guitar individually instead of trying to control them together, it could easier end up in a big cloud of mud (in my experience).. it's 4 times the cpu consumption, but I think it's worth it..

It's still not completely done though.. I've switched to superior instead of addictive drums, and doesn't use SoloC on this track .. for guitars I used TSE808, X30 and another underground-project..

I lost my original project/samples so I had to sample the original intro.. haha

I took the time to add the ending.. it might be a shock compared to rest of the song (from 02:00 and out) .. haha ..
now I just have to add vocals and it's "done" for now I guess (most of the pianoparts will most likely disappear then)

That's definetly best to my ears, still id like the bass more louder. Snare a bit back and a touch more room on the sound. But man, i love you. Weddings at vegas booked, be there. ;p

production wise- I love how thick the guitar sound, and I really like that nice, roomy snare.

music wise- I love the song as well, very emotional, It's a really good song (too bad it doesn't have vocals).Those riffs sound awesome with that tone.

2 things though...
-What did you use for piano?
-What did you use for the synth in the beginning???(and I don't mean the violins or the piano)

i made the introclip with the weird synth/effect almost 2 years ago, but i think i found that synth in sampletank
