Although i'm years into Katatonia i've never actually figured this out: Who plays the solos? (Dispossession, A darkness coming, Distrust, Burn the Remembrance). Fred or Anders?

leads (I know you said solos, but I'm being thourough ) are mostly by Anders, but Fred did a couple on LFDGD, I think it was on Chrome and something else (Anders covered it in a thread here somewhere, I'll have a look)

Yeah most of Anders' leads, though brilliantly played are quite simple. Especially..."Right into Bliss" & "Disspossession".Once you figure out the string & fret that it starts on, it all comes into place.

My favorite Katatonia solo is on A Darkness Coming...Dispossession is great too...

I like Anders' guitars the best in Diabolical Masquerade, but he sure kicks ass in Katatonia too. But man, those wicked guitar solos on Death's Design made my ears giggle.
