Some random album recommendations

Den Saakaldte - Öl, mörke og depresjon
Norwegian black metal with an all "star" line-up. Kvarforth from Shining on vocals. Traditional but with some odd elements like trumpet solos.

Trinacria - Travel now, journey infinitely
Basically an extension of Enslaved (features 3 Enslaved members) with 2 female noise artists if I understood correctly. Haven´t listened to much to this but it sounded like a grower.

Melencolia Estatica - Letum
High quality Italian Black Metal of the organic kind.

Atlantean Kodex - The pnakotic demos
German epic heavy metal. I like the Lord of the rings samples they add to the music.

Artefact - Ruins
French melodic black metal, with a progressive slant. Great compositions.

This is a really good album and I second its recommendation. It is artsy without an overabundance of fartsy.
