it's the "vinyl" effect.

Sounds really nice, but I'd ditch the vinyl effect or try to implement it differently. I know exactly what you're after, but like this it sounds more like tracking glitches than vinyl scratching.

Ah makes sense. The reason I wasnt a fan of it was that I could hear it fading in and out and I didnt realise what it was but now I see what you were going for.

You can make the vinyl effect more obvious and use some filters to make it sound more 'vintage'.
