The most espectacular Iron Maiden Tour ever, in 2008. Including songs from the fisrt 8 albums. Good news, isn't it?

As much as I'm looking forward to seeing one of these gigs, I'm still sad they can't pull off a decent album anymore...
I'd rather have Bruce continue his solo career, as it's lightyears away from todays Maiden quality and balls wise.

I can't wait to see the show, I still can't believe its real. I love every single song on those 8 albums and Martin Birch (my favorite producer) did an outstanding job too.

It would be a perfect dream come true if Janik quits the band by the time they get here. I just can't stand this guy guitar playing, it sucks so much IMO.

seeing maiden is one of the best times I can think of. give me a bag o weed, a beer and 2 hours of live maiden and I'm in heaven. i love it when there's artwork that spans their past albums. they've kinda done that since 7th son, but I still get excited seeing all the different eddies.

Anyway they had these kind of tours even the last past years, so it's basically nothing new.
Usually they do that sort of "best of the beast" when they ain't got any album released.
Of course this time will be just the first 8 albums!
Oh god when they toured 3 years ago I couldn't believe I listened to Die with your boots On live!
Goddamn what a great song!

Die with your boots on :headbang: it's probably my favourite IM song too; Adrian Smith’s solo is a classic masterpiece. Just the thought of the other clown taking over that solo makes me :puke:

With any luck they'll come back thru Dublin again. I saw them last year and as much as I liked the latest album, I didn't really need to here them play the entire thing from start to finish, then play Fear of the Dark and leave. I hadn't seen Maiden since about 1990 after Aidy had left and was looking forward to listening to him recreate some classic solos. I just hope lil' ol' Ireland's on their hitlist next year.
