I really wanted to know the motive/concept behind Pursuit of the Sun and Allure of the Earth. Seems to me like most of it is about grim Canadian landscapes and the deadening heat of the sun in the summertime. I'm trying to look into The Sun Was in My Eyes specifically. Surely there's more to it than the title suggests?

There's SOOOOOO much I could say about this album and I have no idea where to start these days.

Not so much the first part, but more the latter. I did a number of interviews around the time of the albums release. Search google for some of the more in-depth answers, from when my memories were more fresh.
