Really interesting to me that The Dingoes, a fairly vanilla Australian pop/folk rock band, decided to close their debut album with a tune that would make Audrey Horne dance.

Yeah I was similarly disappointed by it. It severely lacked impact.

"The Green Knight" was my favourite track though. I often just listen to that one song on its own.
