Sonisphere/Download festivals etc

Does anybody round these parts actually go to these events?

I was just looking at the Sonisphere lineup and I've not heard of some of the names never mind "heard" the music lol!

Same with Download.......jeez.

never been to either event and highly unlikely to ever bother either

Not been to a proper festival since.....2004. It's as you say Steve the lineups just don't justify the money. They say only half the experience at a festival is the music though
