The reissue package of the record will be available next month via A&M Records/UMe and is available for pre-order now. Tickets to this SOUNDGARDEN performance will cost $19.94 and be available for purchase only with a Citi credit or debit card beginning Wednesday, May 21 at 10:00 a.m. EST. More information on how to purchase tickets can be found at www.citiprivatepass.com. "'Superunknown' marked an important era in music, and we are excited to celebrate the 20th anniversary with SOUNDGARDEN," said Jennifer Breithhaupt, SVP of Entertainment Marketing for Citi. "Our cardmembers will not want to miss this rare opportunity to see the band performing such a massive album in such a small space.""Superunknown - Deluxe Edition", which will feature the remastered album as well as b-sides, demos and rehearsals, will hit stores on June 3."Superunknown - Super Deluxe Edition" will also hit stores on June 3 but will be a full five CD set with a hardcover book and photos.SOUNDGARDEN forntman Chris Cornell told Billboard.com that the idea for a "Superunknown" show came about after the group put together the special 20th anniversary deluxe editions. "It's the idea of the reissue and recognizing it as an anniversary, which I don't think is our instinct, ever," Cornell explained. "But it seemed kinda to make sense for this album. If you can single out any of our albums as being, like, the most iconic one, it's obviously this one. I think it's an accomplishment, and I'm proud we did it. So it's kind of a cool thing to do and concentrate on." Citi offers Citi credit and debit cardmembers access to over 10,000 events annually through Citi Private Pass, the bank's entertainment access program. In 2013, Citi offered cardmembers more than 5,000 music events, ranging from preferred tickets and early access to top concert tours to curated special events with Grammy Award winners and VIP experiences including pre-show performances and question-and-answer sessions. Last year, Citi sponsored THE ROLLING STONES' "50 & Counting Tour" mobile app. In addition, Citi presented "Katy Perry's: We Can Survive" benefit concert and exclusive cardmember pre-show experience at the famed Hollywood Bowl. Other experiences have featured artists such as Lady Gaga, BAND OF HORSES, John Mayer, LADY ANTEBELLUM, and more.
