Sounds effect request: Police/Sirens/helicopters?

Guys,

Working on a project at the moment, and we thought it would be cool to set one of the songs scene with a film like intro. Im on the hunt for something (maybe I might even have to lift it from a film) with some police sirens, and general low key mayhem (even better if its pissing down with rain) as if somebody has just blown a building up/killed someone and the cops are all their stood around arrived on the crime scene. The idea would be a helicopter then pans through and the song kicks in with its quiet clean intro.

Reading that back sounds absolutely atrocious, but hopefully theres something out there I guess I might find it in a terminator or batman film if all else fails!

it's been posted many times before here, but you could probably find all you need at freesounds.org, I would try to find everything separate and you mix it yourself
