as far as i'm concerned, yes. I do believe babies are alive before birth...but not the whole fucking time. i think it takes 6 to 8 weeks for the brain to develop and another few to actually show activity. That's my measure of life, functioning brain patterns. Before that, a baby is realisticly a tumor gone haywire.
