southern metal song (with dragonforce solo!)

tracked this yesterday, normally this band does really pop rockish indie stuff, but decided to do a southern metal song apparently. and the solo at the end... i dont even know

guitars are 6505/soldano avenger, drums are dfhs and slate samples. what do you all think?

i used the 6505 head on clean channel with the gain at like 7, then used an ampeg 8x10 impulse, some eq/compression and then rbass to extend the low end a little

we recorded it all with my burny les paul with an emg81, amps used were a 6505 for the bulk of the rhythm tone, with a layer of the soldano avenger added but not as loud. all leads were on the soldano avenger. no mics, all guitar hacks impulses. after that i take each pair of guitars (rhy1, rhy2, lead, solo) and eq them as i see fit to fit the mix
