special box for re-mastered cds?

what has happened to the box to house all four re-issues, i don't see anything on the metal blade web site. perhaps the idea has been scrapped?

Yeah I found it pretty hard to find any info on it, I thought maybe it will be sold with the fourth and last CD or something.

If someone could shed some light on it it would be much appreciated.
