Direct Box for Re-amping

A friend of mine just purchased a Radial Engineering ProDI direct box for recording direct guitar. We are planning on recording a demo soon, and we wanted to record the direct guitar at my house, get everything perfect, and then take the direct tracks to the studio for re-amping, so we have to spend less money, and have more time to get a better sound. Would this box work fine for that, or would a more expensive direct box yield far superior results? I'm sure a more expensive one would definitely sound better, but would there be a big difference?
