Sri Lanka innings (20 overs maximum) R M B 4s 6s SR
View dismissal DPMD Jayawardene c †Kieswetter b Broad 10 20 9 1 0 111.11
4.1 85.0 mph, dream start from Broad! He gets the key wicket! Jayawardene falls, just nicking a rising delivery from outside off stump through to the keeper, real Test-style dismissal there. England all over this at the moment 26/3
View dismissal ST Jayasuriya c Collingwood b Sidebottom 1 5 4 0 0 25.00
1.1 84.1 mph, Sidebottom strikes straight away! Jayasuriya departs, very sad to see a great player reduced to this. Pitched up, fraction of movement away, regulation outside edge and neatly pouched at second slip 7/1
View dismissal TM Dilshan c Wright b Bresnan 9 7 8 2 0 112.50
2.6 85.6 mph, gone this time! Well, Dilshan was playing a shot a ball, and it has not come off. Short again, he tried to hook it off the front foot, but only managed a looping top edge, Wright hustled in from the deep square boundary and dived forward to take a smart catch 20/2
View dismissal KC Sangakkara*† c Pietersen b Swann 16 24 19 2 0 84.21
8.6 54.7 mph, big trouble now for Sri Lanka! Sangakkara departs! Swann is creating all sorts of problems out there, another flighted delivery, Sangakkara edged down the crease and chipped a drive down to long off, didn't get enough of it, Pietersen skirts around and collects the catch 47/4
View dismissal AD Mathews run out (Collingwood/†Kieswetter) 58 68 45 3 1 128.88
19.5 from Sidebottom, another good ball, no mistake yet from Sidebottom, Mathews shoves it down to long on, comes back for a second, but he looks out of gas, the throw comes in one bounce, and beats Mathews 126/6
View dismissal CK Kapugedera c Bresnan b Broad 16 30 27 2 0 59.25
16.3 76.2 mph, well that was coming. A touch fuller, Kapugedera cleared his front leg away and mowed at the ball, couldn't get much of it and it goes straight to Bresnan at mid off 93/5

View dismissal C Kieswetter† b Malinga 39 36 29 5 2 134.48
8.1 77.8 mph, and he's their man, as Kieswetter falls! Searing, inswinging yorker from Malinga splays the stumps. Kieswetter had picked the fuller length and shaped to drive to long on, but that was simply too good for him, and Malinga has made a mess of his stumps. 68/1
View dismissal MJ Lumb b Perera 33 44 26 4 1 126.92
9.4 84.4 mph, well, he's just got a little too cute and inventive there. He'd already taken nine from the over, but Lumb shuffles right across to off, exposing all three stumps, and Perera zoned in on leg stump to rattle his timber. They need fives an over, but Lumb got a little greedy there and has paid the price 80/2

View dismissal PD Collingwood* c †Sangakkara b Perera 10 14 13 0 0 76.92
14.1 70.0 mph, Collingwood falls, but that's probably come too late for Sri Lanka. He was looking for the big shot on the leg side, but the bottom hand came through just a little too strongly as he swished across the line. A top edge sent the ball straight up in the air, and Sangakkara behind the stumps called for it 113/3

There's a guy from the Netherlands (Dirk Nannes) making quite a name for himself in the Aussie team at the moment too

Prolly cos our own team, other than the upset somewhere last year (don't remember against who, but we actually won an international game; might've been England) we don't win anything internationally :p I think there's about 4 official cricket fields in all of the Netherlands so it's not a big sport here. We rely on football, field hockey, speedskating as the sports that'll get us medals.

To all cricket fans here, I'd recommend you check out this Bollywood masterpiece entitled 'Lagaan' which means Tax. The movie takes place during the English occupation of India. Every year the farmers of a remote area have to pay taxes to the British Empire in the form of grains and spices. However, in one particular year the farmers face a severe drought and are unable to pay their taxes as they were not able to harvest enough crops. As a punishment the British government doubled the taxes.

One proud farmer tried to reason with the British soldiers who governed the area only to infuriate them to the point where the soldiers challenged the farmers to a match of cricket. If the farmers win they will have their taxes waived for the next 5 years and if they lose they will have to pay twice the tax.

The epic cricket match that unfolds sees the experienced cricket players of the British army clash against the clueless farmers is priceless. The movie comes with subtitles so it won't be a problem for the non-Hindi speakers to enjoy!
