The first album made by Pure Legend Records, the brand new sub-label of Pure Steel Records will be the
debut from STARGAZERY and it's available soon! This Finnish band has previously made only one single in 2007. The new album "EYE ON THE SKY" contains 11 songs (Japanese edition includes 1 bonus track). STARGAZERY's musical style is melodic, traditional, catchy melodic metal with powerful keyboards fitting very well to the hard rocking sound.

You will be reminded of pioneers like Tony Martin era BLACK SABBATH (cover version of "Headless cross" is on the album), and old RAINBOW / WHITESNAKE. STARGAZERY's strong vocalist Jari Tiura (ex-MSG-vocalist) also brings DIO in mind. You can hear influences of ETERNAL REIGN and ASTRAL DOORS, so fans of these bands should absolutely check the band out!

The outstanding production carries the great variety of songs from double-bass drumming ("Eye on the sky") to power ballads ("Everytime I dream of you"). After the very good debut “Eye On The Sky” the finish Melodic Metal band STARGAZERY around Pete Ahonen (BURNING POINT, GHOST MACHINERY etc.) and ex-MSG vocalist Jari Tiura is back in studio and working on new songs. 90 % of the new album “Stars Aligned“ are finished.

The release date of the new STARGAZERY album "Stars Aligned" on CD is January 23rd 2015. The preorder phase will start on January 9th 2015 in our webshop.

With „Eye On The Sky“ the Finnish STARGAZERY already released their debut on Pure Legend Records. Almost four years later we’re proud to announce, that the successor „Stars Aligned“ is finally ready to conquer.

The well-known trademarks also have been put down on the second album: melodic, keyboard-driven Heavy Metal, often very similar to Hard Rock. Idols like Rainbow and Black Sabbath (with Tony Martin on vocals) can be heard as influences very well. A clean, strong production, the sophisticated, melodic vocals from Ex-MSG-singer Jari Tiura and a Blackmore-inspired guitar refine all twelve songs into a masterpiece of melodic heaviness. As bonus we deliver the in their mother tongue recorded track „Tumma Nainen“.

Again, „Stars Aligned“ will satisfy every fan of the mentioned classics!

STARGAZERY - Studioupdate with new band member

Finnish Melodic Heavy Metal band STARGAZERY is currently in the studio to record the follow-up to the highly praised "Stars Aligned" album. New single will be released at the end of this year from the yet untitled 3rd album.

STARGAZERY also welcome a new member on the drums: Illka Leskelä (ex-EMBRAZE, ex-MAPLE CROSS). A first impression you can see in the video. He is playing the song "Absolution" from the album "Stars Aligned".
