Status of new album?

So, whats the news on the new album, Robin I believe it was called. Haven't you guys been working on it for quite some time now?

There's quite a bit of info in the "So you chaps are in the studio today, right?" thread, but in a shoddy kind of summary: the album is all recorded, was mixed once, Earache had some problems or something with it and wanted it mixed again, now there is some dragging of heels on Earache's part so the new mix can't happen yet, so everyone has to email Earache and tell them to stop being naff.

Some of the above may not be entirely accurate.

Well, that's pretty much it. We just don't want so seem too arrogant or anything, or cause anymore trouble to Earache with this. This has been difficult for everyone but mostly for our fuck-ups, so we can't really put the blame on them. But, regardless of all that, it's still their turn to do something. We just wish it would be soon so we can get up and wipe the shit out of our asses...

Yeah, the calling-Earache-naff thing in that post was tongue-in-cheek. I just want some new weirdo-metal goodness, and to use as many hyphens as possible in a single post.

your logo looks a bit like the word "parmakon", which in turn is disturbingly similar to a brand of milk (and sub-products) here in italy. does that mean the band uses cows?

See, use of cows and, by extrapolation, cowbell is inherent in Farmakon's entire existence.
