I was lucky enough to catch Steel Panther live a week or so after ProgPower in Vegas. Funniest shit I've ever seen. Brilliant.

Old video. I have this DVD when they were called METAL SKOOL. What they did was take the METAL SKOOL video, and added the newer STEEL PANTHER Recorded version.

I am a HUGE collector of this band. I saw them last night doing an amazing acoustic set in Norwood, MA! Videos to appear on youtube soon!

I finally buckled down and checked this CD out after SO MUCH god damn hype. I'm glad I did! I absolutely hate 80's cock rock, but the lyrics are so hilarious and these guys actually play the style fairly well! I have a special place in my heart for metal and hardcore bands that don't take themselves seriously.

I've been exposing everyone I can to these guys. The album is beyond hilarious AND the music and production kicks ass. But every time I see another video, I have a greater appreciation for their comedic genius.
