Steinberg HALion Symphonic Orchestra?

Anyone used this and know how it stacks up against the EastWest stuff? Also, do I need to buy HALion separately to use these samples or does it come packaged with HALion to play the samples? Can't find any answers on the website and they don't give a contact e-mail, dumb...

I've been looking into buying this for a while. I assumed it came with the halion player.

Yeah I checked the Steinberg site again because I had images disabled in my browser last time and didn't even think about it really, but it shows pictures of the software running and it has it's own version of the Halion player specifically for those samples. Think I'll pick this up in a few months.
