So, I just updated the Evergrey tour page with some new European dates with a band I had never heard of called Stonegard. I decided to check out their web site.... great music! I only checked out the video so far but I must say, it's always nice and refreshing when a band you've never heard hits you with some somewhat unique music. I'm not quite sure how I would classify them genre wise as they have hints of many styles in this one particular tune. Maybe someone that has heard the whole album can comment on the rest?

Houses Ov Mercury
It's like extreme stoner metal or something (judging solely off the entirety of Arrows); some black and even death influences can be heard in the rhythms and guitar phrases; however, the core seems to be chuggy Kyuss-worship...Nice shit!
