Just did a quick search on metal-archives. There's a band called Last Empire that sings about unicorns, if that's what you're looking for. They've got a demo entitled "Unicorn" as well as an album also on that theme which includes songs of a three part trilogy called "Trilogy of the Unicorn (pt.1)," "Trilogy of the Unicorn (pt.2)," and "Trilogy of the Unicorn (pt.3)" and more songs about dragons, queens etc.

And also, a band called Periadam has an album called "In Amore Unicornis." That title alone, might make it worth checking out!

You really can't get any more mystical than unicorns...
