Stratovarius/ Helloween song similarity

This may or may not have ever come up and is nothing new with me in the least but I have never seen anyone else ever mention the obvious similarity between the chorus of Liberty by STRATOVARIUS and HELLOWEEN's Guardians.

Has it ever come up or has Timo Tolkki ever been confronted??

I have tried numerous internet searches and it seems to be no news at all.

I love both songs but the choruses are even steven in the melody department.

Just curious...

I'm not asking if Power metal or Black metal all sounds the same.


That's a matter of opinion.

The point is LIBERTY and GUARDIANS do sound the same in the melody on the choruses.

Was it ever addressed anywhere in public?? Curious.
