I've noticed that there are currently live-streams both from the French Hellfest as well as the Belgian Graspop Metal Meeting:

The German Rock Hard Festival 2017 already took place two weeks ago. Parts of most of the concerts will be shown on the German TV station WDR Fernsehen on June 19th and 26th (from 0:45 - 4:15 a.m. CET) and July 3rd (from 0:30 to 4:00 a.m. CET). I assume that in addition to this, the entire concerts of these bands will also become available as videos on demand - as was the case in previous years. Those curious which bands will be featured should check this page:
