If I'm pissed off, I listen to the heaviest, fastest thing I can lay my hands on. If I'm feeling "stressed", I'll usually listen to something mellow; Johnny A., Shahin & Sepehr, Strunz & Farrah, Diana Krall, Miles Davis, etc.

As a kid, whenever I was completely pissed off, I'd reach for my "Ride the Lightning" tape.
