Studio cab...impulses...

Ok in this day and age is a studio cab really needed with all the impulses available.

How accurate are impulse compared to cabs?
Should i invest in a cab or just get more amps,

i´d say pretty good, it depends because there some pretty good ones out there, but nothing beats a great miced cab....if u have a space where u can use a cab, go for it.
This is my problem and that´s why i haven´t got one....just couldn´t crank it up
