Hell-o!

My band (DSF) just recorded 3 new songs, and now you can download one of them from here:

We recorded the songs in Studio Dauntless (www.arthor.fi/studio), and i think Santeri did a great job in mixing and recording the songs!

Does anyone guess what plugin did we use to create the guitarsound?

Nice guitarwork. Sounds could've been a bit more muddy to suit my taste tho.

Ok, my thoughts...

1) Too little distortion, the guitar sounds good BUT really thin, try and using a bit more gain and try recording 4 rhythm guitars, this sure sounds like 2 only.

2) Vocals need a bit of reverb or something like that, I dig the dry approach but it's a bit "too" dry, making it sound kinda lika rough or "rehearsal" vocals.

3) We all like "All For You" (the album) by Annihilator... just don't try an emulate Jeff so much... hehehe and tell the singer the same

Everybody has their own taste, but to my ears, the guitarsound is sweeeet. I don't think recording four rhythm guitars would make any difference to that sound that we have right now...

And it's bitch to play 4 rhythm tracks to every song when theres not so much time in your hands

Hehe, nobody in our band has never listened to Annihilator that much

I also think it sounds good but a little too clean and thin. There's some punch missing.
