Was motW's Secret Song released on any medium other than mp3? I've come across some dude on the internet saying he has the "Secret Song mini-disc"...

i have a Secret Song "mini-disc". it's not a minidisc, though, but a miniature CD (you know those, about the size of a water glass in diameter? they sometimes release singles on them?).

i don't know if it was "released" or if they just handmade several dozen/hundred copies, but it has an insert with art and everything. maybe i should scan it and post it?
