sturgis-style mix - almost finished need your ears

hello guys! here is my final mix for my friends band,i have to treat bass and vocals a lot and need a lot of automation..btw you like it?

Tbh, this mix doesn't sound like Sturgis at all. It's not bad though but guitar needs some work, the snare needs to be brought up in the mix as well. This mix and song reminds me a lot of I Killed the Prom Queen - Music for the recently deceased album:

i think that bass need some changes,lot of automation and solid mastering..

If you want to achieve the "Sturgis" sound, the easiest way is to use Steven Slate kick 10 and Snare 12, shoulder city toms and his cymbal samples. Pod farm guitars and a pretty clean bass tone is very typical for Sturgis.
