Divebomb Records has teamed up with members of Chicago-based thrash act, STYGIAN, for the worldwide re-issue of their landmark album, Planetary Destruction. Originally released in 1992 via CHASTAIN guitarist/founder David Chastain's Leviathan Records, Stygian didn't necessarily break new ground during the final gasps of the thrash movement, but as the years passed the album's admirers grew exponentially and it now holds a firm place at the top of the heap as a sure fire cult metal classic.

The Divebomb Records Planetary Destruction re-issue will contain brand new mastering by Jamie King, full color booklet with archival band photos and new interview with bassist James Harris.

Release date has not been set yet, but is planned for some time in 2014.

Ha, not terribly familiar with this band, but I remember certainly seeing their demo all over the place when they were around.

Got any samples you could post?

On Metal-Archives it said the vocalist for SCREAMER played bass for this band .... that can't be true can it?

I don't believe so, unless it was early on.
